| Are there any preservatives in your products? |
| It depends on the formulations of the products. Some of our products are 100% preservative-free. Vitamin E, an antioxidant, is used to extend the shelf life of our preservative-free products. For certain formulations especially when purified water is heavily used, preservatives must be used to ensure the products are free from mold, bacterias and fungi. We used the most natural preservatives available. |

| Are your products tested on animals? |
No. In fact herbal MINERAL is actively involved in defending animal rights. We are a business friend of PETA, endorser of the California Human Society and event sponsor of the Human Society of the United States- HSUS.
We do not engage in animal testing through third parties either. We do not buy ingredients from any suppliers who test the raw materials on animals. We simply do not do business with any of them.
Many of our staff are PETA members and pet owners. |

| Yes. Our products are 100% vegan. We do not use animal ingredients of any kind, including lanolin, milk, honey and beewax. |

| Yes. We are the direct manufacturer and skin care researcher. We are NOT a private labeler or distributor. That's how we are able to make the best products with the lowest price possible. |

| What is the shelf life of your products? |
We have a line of preservative-free products formulated with unrefined shea butter, mango butter, soy butter, pomegranate oil, evening primrose oil, organic essential oils and many other organic goodness. These products last 12-18 months after opening the containers.
Our water based products with natural preservatives usually last up to 24 months.
Direct sunlight and UV rays, oxygen, heat, moisture and bacteria from your fingers can all be detrimental to your products. Here are some tips to help preserving your skin care products:

Keep your products away from the harmful effects of sunlight and please store your products in cool places.
- Keep your products away from heavy moisture. Water supports life especially bacterias. These bacterias can shorthen the shelf life of the products.

Heat can also be damaging to natural products. Please do not leave your products in the car for a long period of time.
- Please do not stick unclean fingers to the jars since our fingers can be a host for bacterias.

| I'm allergic to certain ingredients, can I use your products? |
| ANYONE can be allergic to ANYTHING even to some natural botanical ingredients or organic compounds such as Vitamin E, Lavender, Sweet Almond Oil etc. Please do not use products that contain ingredients you are allergic to.
